PB43 is a working community, which consists of a number of companies, associations, and groups with interdisciplinary expertise in cultural production and design, entrepreneurship and urban development. Since 2010 PB43 has had a former paint factory on Amager in Copenhagen, Denmark as its creative platform.
The 6400m2 and four large buildings formed the framework around a unique interdisciplinary collaboration, which resulted in innovative projects and products in close interaction with local and international partners.
The tenants of PB43 are organized as a cooperative.
In March 2015 PB43 moved to new premises, in Nordhavn, Copenhagen.
Here we aim to continue the ideas and visions behind PB43, namely to create a vibrant, open, and sustainable environment that support entrepreneurship, cultural and social activities, as well as engaging both nationally and internationally in the development of urban space and creative environments.
